Our Parts Washing Cabinets use environmentally safe soap (no solvents) combined with water to create a very strong and effective cleaning solution. This solution is heated to 175º F and sprayed from the top, bottom and side to strip away dirt, grease and oil from your parts. The cleaning solution is filtered and recycled through an integrated, removable and reusable filter to cut down on cleaning costs. An "Oil Skimming System" is also used to remove oil that has washed off the parts, extending the solution life significantly. When the parts are finished cleaning there is no need to hand dry them because they flash dry in seconds. A small parts basket and a parts hanging tree are included with all models for washing smaller parts. The design of the unit makes front loading heavy parts by engine hoist quick and simple.
